Refund Policy

Private Eyes Only is committed to providing professional training services. The following refund policy applies to all courses.

Cancellations
Students may cancel their registration at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class for a full refund.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Students may request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the class. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may not be accommodated.

No-Shows
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Instructor or Weather Cancellations
If a class is canceled due to instructor availability or weather conditions, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
